out some other intern in the neighbouring lab plays the same School Idol
Festival game as I do.

健二：その話題ちょくちょく出るけど本当には飼えないから。
愛花：いつか飼うとして。すぐじゃなくていいから。
健二：いつかね…。
愛花：いやなの？
健二：いやじゃないけど、部屋、もっと広くないとな。
愛花：大丈夫。
健二：昼間はいないから、そういうのも平気かな。
愛花：大丈夫、帰ってくるのちゃんと待ってるから。
健二：自信満々だな。
愛花：ウサギさんだから、大丈夫。
During lunch break…
健二：（マナカ姫のこと、そろそろ別の呼び方してみるかな…？）
健二：ま、いっか…。
愛花：…？
They hold hands as they walk home from school.
During the evening, Kenji goes to the sports centre to
play squash.
健二：ふぅ、良い汗かいたな…。なんかスッキリしたぞ。
Kenji returns home to sleep. He imagines Manaka
