Kenji is still not feeling well.

健二：（暇だ…）

The doorbell rings.

健二：あ、もしかして…。

Manaka has arrived to visit him today as well.

愛花：ちゃんと安静にしてた？

健二：はーい。

愛花：ふふ、よろしい。早くよくなってね？

健二：ああ、治らないとキスもできないしな…。

愛花：うん。だから、早くよくなって？

…

健二：お見舞い…来てくれるかな…。

…

健二：（暇だ…）

The doorbell rings.

健二：あ、もしかして…。

Manaka has arrived to visit him for the afternoon as well.

Manaka sends him a text during the evening.

愛花：お見舞い、迷惑じゃなかったかな。思ったより元気そうで安心したけど、無理はしないでね？

She seems really concerned about his well-being.

健二：心配かけてごめん。

Kenji: Sorry for making you worry about me.

Kenji apologises for making Manaka worry about him.

You are so lucky to have a girlfriend who cares about you, Kenji.

Oh and would you look at that. I made all kinds of spelling errors trying to type the previous line.

Manaka sends a text in reply, telling him not to worry about her, and to take it easy.

愛花：ごめんだなんて。かえって気をつかわせちゃったかな。わたしのことは気にしないで、ゆっくりして？

Kenji goes to sleep. As he drifts off to sleep, he imagines Manaka telling him:

泣かないで、レインボー♥

This better not be a fever dream.

If my predictions are correct, Kenji should be back in action tomorrow. 

Late at night, Manaka sends him a message.

愛花：あのね。ウサギってどうやって数えるんだっけ？

Kenji evaluates his options:

The quantifier for rabbits in Japanese? I do know it’s not 匹, that’s for sure.

健二：羽

愛花：ありがと。ごめんね、へんなこと聞いちゃって。

Manaka sends a final message for the night.

愛花：寒いから、あまり夜更かしすると風邪ひいちゃうよ。おやすみ
