愛花：ふふっ、もう。ほら、起きて？遅刻しちゃうよ？
愛花：なに？
健二：ほら、なんか人目が無いからさ…な？
愛花：な？って…ダメ、こんなところで。
健二：いいじゃん。な？

健二：外国料理ブームは続いてる？
愛花：うん。今はね、フランス料理に挑戦中。

愛花：ポム・スフレって言う、メインの料理の付け合せに出てくる、揚げ菓子みたいなものなだけど、面白いのよ？
Pommes soufflées are a sophisticated variety of French
fried potato. Slices of potato are fried twice, once at 150°C (300°F) and
then again after cooling, at 190°C (375°F). The potato slices puff up into
little balloons during the second frying and turn golden brown.
健二：おお。なんか本格的だな。
愛花：お芋さんがね、風船みたいぷくって膨らむから見てると楽しいんだけど、すごく難しくて。切り方から、油の温度、あと揚げるときの混ぜ方も気を付けないと、すぐ失敗しちゃうの。
健二：イモ？
愛花：うん。100%は無理だけど、かなり成功するようになったから、とりあえずは満足かな。そろそろ次のレシピ、探さなくちゃ。
健二：（うーん、何かが引っかかる…）
