愛花：ぬか漬けをするときや、あと厳密には違うけど風水でも水取りってするんだって。
健二：また、調べたなぁ。ありがとな、わざわざ。
愛花：ふふっ、どういたしまして。
健二：にてしも、水取りかー…なるべくならやりたくないよな？
愛花：ふふ。それも含めて、部活の楽しさなのかもしれないよ？
健二：まぁな？
愛花：でもやっぱりやりたくない？
健二：だよなー！
愛花：もう、どっち？ふふ！
They hold hands as they walk to school.
健二：どう？掃除の進み具合は。
愛花：…あなたのせいなんだから。

健二：な、なにが？
愛花：小学生の頃につけてた日記が出てきちゃったの。ほかにも、お習字の作品にバレエのシューズに…いろいろ。
健二：誘惑だらけだったわけだ。
愛花：うん。でも、全部まとめて違うお部屋に持って行ったから。次は大丈夫！…きっと。うん。
健二：（どうだろうなぁ）

Kenji goes for tennis.
愛花：お疲れ様。今日もがんばってるね。
健二：マナカ姫。そっちは？
愛花：うん、バッチリ！絶好調です、なんて。
Manaka passes him a nicely-wrapped gift.
愛花：いつもがんばってるから…これ、差し入れ。
Kenji opens the present.
健二：（ハチミツレモンをもらった）ありがと。疲れが吹っ飛ぶよ。

Meanwhile
the weather here is not letting up. Good thing the lab is air-conditioned.
愛花：練習、がんばって。じゃあね。
健二：（よーし、がんばるか！）
Kenji then returns home to rest.
健二：ふう…まだダルいな…。
He wonders if he should pass Manaka a present in
return.
健二：（…そうだ。マナカ姫に何かプレゼントしようかな）
After thinking for a short while, he decides to go get
a present for Manaka in return for today.
健二：（今度買い物に出かけるか…）
He then goes to sleep. He imagines Manaka telling him
