They talk for a

Kenji then proceeds to go for karaoke.

He then goes to the amusement park for the late
afternoon.

Kenji goes to the station early.

Manaka arrives shortly.

They take the train to the planetarium.
On the way from the train station to the planetarium,
they see someone riding a bicycle on the pavement.

In most countries, bicycles are not allowed on pavements.
健二：ああ、二人乗りはダメだな。
Turns out the issue wasn’t the fact that the bicycle
was on the pavement, but rather there are two people on it.
If you have watched Gekkan Sho(u)jo Nozaki-kun, you would
know this is not allowed if the bicycle isn’t a tandem bicycle.
愛花：危ないもんね。でも、ちょっと憧れちゃうな…ああいう風に、背中にぴたっ、って。
健二：…うん、いいかも。
愛花：ふふっ。でもやっぱり二人乗りはダメだから、自転車じゃないときにするね？ぴたって♥
