健二：（そういえば誕生日のリクエスト、まだ考えてなかった…）
愛花：こ・ら。
健二：え⁉
愛花：ふふっ、バレバレだよ？その様子から察するに、まだ決めてないな？
健二：はい…。
愛花：もう。こんなに悩ませるつもりはなかったんだけどな…ね、ここからはわたしに任せてもらっていい？その代り…ひとりでそんなに考え込まないで。
健二：あ…そうだな。
愛花：ううん、わたしもよくなかったから。お祝いするつもりなのに、悩ませちゃって。
健二：（かえって気を遣わせちゃったな…気をつけよう）
They have some personal time together before they
split for their respective classes.
Later on, they hold hands as they walk home from
school.
In the evening, Kenji goes to the shopping mall to
pick out another present for the upcoming anniversary.
健二：そういえば、来週はマナカ姫と付き合い始めた記念日だ。プレゼント用意した方がいいかな…。
Kenji evaluates his options:

After some consultation with his wingman, he chooses
the cosmetics shop.
店員：いらっしゃいませー。
健二：プレゼント、ここで買おうかな…。
He looks at the stock in the shop.

The pouch
seems the most functional.
健二：よし、これにしよう。マナカ姫、喜んでくれるかな。
店員：ありがとうございましたー。
Kenji returns home to sleep. He imagines Manaka
telling him
