18 October

It’s Saturday. Unlike in Singapore, students are still required to be in school for the half-day. After science class, he goes for tennis club. He calls Manaka out for some alone time at the rooftop, which Manaka agrees to. Very nice.

With no one watching, it’s time for some skinship.

Again, I have no idea what I am doing, though I seem to have figured out the mechanics. It’s way easier when I use a stylus on the DS Lite. I managed to earn Kenji the full 5 hearts.

Kenji manages to leave a great impression on Manaka and goes in for the kiss. He nearly slips up once but Manaka says nothing about this.

Phew.

After the kiss, Manaka playfully tells him off, saying they really shouldn’t be doing this in school.

Always trying to be the pure, rule-following girl. I feel like I am using Rule 43: The more beautiful and pure a thing is, the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

They walk back home after school. Manaka talks about her cousin, Ako. She says that her cousin is more beautiful than her, which is instantly countered by Kenji. Then Manaka tells Kenji that he hasn’t even seen her before. How would he know? To which Kenji trots out the massively mushy line that there is no one more beautiful than her. >_< Urgh. But to keep up with appearances, I have to agree with him. Manaka starts to blush and tells Kenji that there are always girls more beautiful than her. “At least not in my world,” Kenji immediately counters. >__< Urrgh. Cheeky bastard. “Must be a strange world,” Manaka tells him. Word of advice: don’t ask Kenji’s wingman. He’s seen weirder worlds. They hold hands as they walk together home, as can be expected of a loving couple.

He receives a mysterious text as he styles himself:

恋人との旅行。それは二人
がずっと同じ時間を過ごす
ということ。瞬間瞬間が大
切な思い出、目を離しては
いけません!
